How can I have a product Returned?

 
You can return products within 30 days from the shipping date in order to receive refunds for products. Click on the Contact Us link to the left of this page to submit your request to return a product. Make sure you have the Order Number, Product SKU, reason for return, and if it is a replacement or a refund. At which time the Return Authorization# with return instructions will be sent out to you via e-mail.

You can receive a refund for any product if 1) the wrong product SKU was shipped or 2) the product shipped is defective in any way. If the product shipped is the correct product SKU and it was found in proper condition upon arrival, then you are still welcome to return the product. However, requesting a refund for your order will be subject to a 15-30% restocking fee and shipping costs will also not be reimbursed.

If you have received a different product SKU then what was initially purchased, the item must be returned with the following:
  • All original contents (product, manuals, instructions, etc.).
  • Original packaging in new and unopened condition.
  • Original invoice or receipt.
Once you receive the return authorization information you can return the product according to the return information for a full refund less any restocking fees and shipping. Depending on the return.

I have returned a product or refused an order when do I receive credit?
 
We do ask that you please allow 15 Business (M-F) Days to process your credit from the day the warehouse receives products back into inventory. 

If the 15 Business days has passed please fill out the Contact Us online form and provide the order number you are waiting for the credit on with any other information you think is pertinent to the credit and we will follow up with the supplier.
